Mr Kashyap, Founder & Managing Director of Kashmeer FZE, has over two decades of multidisciplinary, international experience in socio-economic and institution development, policy and governance, and nation building through the public sector. Clients in the private sector benefit from his skills in strategic planning and execution. As part of the executive management of globally recognized companies, Mr. Kashyap has led projects of varying scales - from mixed-use to cities to giga projects - and sector development - from transportation, ports, industrial and SEZs, to housing, tourism, media, healthcare and education. He has been instrumental in promoting and managing collaborations between government, investors, industry, and the public to create sustainable stakeholder value. Mr. Kashyap has been deeply involved in leading organizational governance, restructuring and transformation development, and enabling growth, branding, and investment strategies for organizations. He is associated with seminal Public Investment Fund (the Sovereign Wealth Fund of Saudi Arabia) - Vision 2030 projects like Neom & Al'Ula. His projects have received widespread coverage in publications that include the New York Times, Boston Globe, and The Times of India. Mr. Kashyap has a Bachelor’s degree from the School of Planning & Architecture, India, and a Master’s degree from Arizona State University. He is a Sloan Fellow of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he received a Masters in Business Administration.
Professor Sarah Kenderdine’s work and research is at the forefront of interactive and immersive experiences for museums, archives, galleries, and libraries. She is a pioneer in the field of digital art, heritage, museology and humanities, and data visualisation, and is a regular keynote speaker at related forums internationally. Her critically reviewed works successfully amalgamate cultural heritage with new media art practice. She has produced over eighty exhibitions and installations for museums worldwide including an award winning museum complex in India. Sarah also conceives, designs and executes large-scale immersive visualisation systems for public audiences, industry and researchers. She has authored numerous scholarly articles and six books. At the École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), Switzerland, Sarah has built a new laboratory for experimental museology (eM+), exploring the convergence of aesthetic practice, visual analytics and cultural data. She is also Director and Lead Curator of EPFL’s new art/science initiative, inaugurated in 2016 as ArtLab.
Mr Prasad is a former A. Member of the Indian Railway Board. He has a detailed understanding of international railway and infrastructure systems, with over 40+ years of knowledge and experience. He was instrumental in the introduction of state of the art technologies on the Indian Railways. His projects have spanned the UK, South Africa, Jordan, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Myanmar, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. He is a member of the American Railway Engineering and Maintenance-of-Way Association (AREMA), USA. He has been conferred with “Life Time Contribution Award” by the Institution of Railway Signal &Telecom Engineers, India, and the title of “Honorary Fellow” by the Institution of Railways Signal Engineers, UK. Mr Mathema is an internationally recognized, award winning architect and planner whose practice, teaching and research have engaged the cities of Washington DC, Istanbul, New York, Houston, Dresden, Kathmandu, Singapore, Paterson, Qingdao, Rio de Janeiro, and Shanghai. He is the Founding Partner of MAP, a Planning & Architecture firm with a presence in the Americas, Asia and the Middle East. With design experience spanning two decades in leading firms of the US, Kiran brings a distinct cross-disciplinary expertise in the fields of regional/urban planning, architecture, landscape design and public infrastructure.
The common thread that ties his strikingly wide range of work is his ecologically-sensitive approach, and the rigor with which he designs projects to smallest details. His revolutionary design solutions are based on evolutionary and inclusive process. Divergent goals and interests are integrated to identify unique opportunities – eventually resulting in designs that are distinct and striking. A spirit of inquiry, challenging preconceptions and testing conventions sets his work apart.
Professor Milne is Professor of Tourism at Auckland University of Technology, where he is Director of the New Zealand Tourism Research Institute. Simon completed his PhD in economic geography at Cambridge University in 1989 and then taught at McGill University, Montreal for ten years. For the past 30 years Simon’s research has focused on the interface between tourism and sustainable economic development. He develops evidence-based solutions to pressing tourism development challenges in developed and developing nations, regions and destinations. Simon has a particular interest in linking heritage and culture to enhanced visitor experience, stronger business performance, and sustainable community development. Simon has consulted to a number of international organisations including UNESCAP, UNDP, UNEP, UNIDO, the European Union, the World Bank/IFC and the Organisation of American States.
Ms Anand has worked extensively with corporates, government organizations, and NGOs around the world for over two decades. She has been deeply involved with Global Mental Health research and interventions as part of initiatives by the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, and the Harvard Medical School. She has conducted training workshops on a range of issues that include stress management, work-life balance, sensitivity training and counselling skills; and assessed needs and developed training programmes to meet those for various organizations. She has also carried out leadership training and coaching solutions for work relationship aspects, and Employee Assistance Programmes. Ms Anand has over twenty research publications, besides her written, radio and television work in public media, and has been interviewed by the BBC, and NPR, America. She has Bachelors and Masters degrees in Psychology from Delhi University, and a Masters from City University, London. She has trained and worked in London, and at the Bellevue Hospital, New York.
Mr Oliveira has, for over two decades, been building successful capital projects in South America, South Asia, and Africa with the aid of his industry knowledge and deft management of human capital. As CEO of Geoplan4.Africa, he has managed Private Equity projects in the construction, mining, and agriculture sectors. He is adept at operations management, and investor and government relations. As CIO of Maza Investimentos, a wealth management firm, he is intimately involved in deals in capital and commodity based projects. During the first decade of his career, as Vice President of Topocart Engineering, he led the expansion of the company in new global markets and sectors. Mr Oliveira is a Sloan Fellow of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he received a M.Sc. in Management Technology.
