KSA With the establishment of the Council of Royal Reserves, KSA has signified its commitment to protecting the natural environment and wildlife. The demarcated reserve areas make up more than 10% of KSA land area. Their goal: the protection and enhancement of nature; the promotion of sustainable land management and traditional / cultural values; the creation of new recreational assets; and the fostering of economic development (in particular tourism). Kashmeer FZE has carried out key studies, and advised on the comprehensive strategy and planning.

Mr Kashyap led the project from its inception, to its planning and development.
BOM-AMD, India India’s first high speed railway has been approved by the Council of Ministers, Government of India, to connect the cities of Mumbai and Ahmadabad. It will cover a distance of approximately 500 km, running at a top speed of 320 km/hr., transporting passengers between the two metropolis in just three hours. The project is financed by a low interest loan from Japan, and is officially targeted to begin operations in 2023. PNCS P.L., partner firm of Kashmeer FZE, has provided technical services for the project as sub consultant to Japan International Consultants for Transportation C.L.

New York, USA The Chelsea Market has become in merely fifteen years one of most trafficked, and written-about, destinations of any kind in New York City. Its public areas attract 6 million national and international visitors annually, while its office spaces host corporations like Major League Baseball, and the Food Network. It has recently been acquired by Google for USD 2.4 Billion. A path breaking project, it was instrumental in the transformation of New York’s Meat Packing neighbourhood in Chelsea. It has been extensively reviewed by the New York Times, amongst other international publications. Mr Kashyap was a key team member of the original Developer – Architect combine responsible for this seminal development.
Seoul, South Korea The Samsung Headquarters’ Showroom in Seoul, Korea has been called out by TimeOut and TripAdvisor as top ten things to do in Seoul. Mr Kashyap lead the project team for the development as part of RAA.
KSA Developed, operated and managed by EMAAR, The Economic City, the 168 sq.km. greenfield city has defined itself as a major socio-economic growth driver for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is well on its way to be home for 2 million people, with investments worth USD 100 billion. Key drivers are the Port, establishing KAEC as a regional shipping hub; the Industrial Valley, defining a manufacturing and logistics hub; and the Residential, Commercial and Leisure zones. Mr Kashyap led initiatives for new sector development (media, healthcare, education), regulation development, and as Head of Strategy & Project Management Office, had oversight of the Industrial Valley, Port, and City Management.
Middle East The Hejaz Railway was built on the orders of the Ottoman ruler Sultan Abdulhameed II in the early part of the 20th century, and its main purpose was to provide an efficient and safe means of transportation for pilgrims from Asia, Europe and the Levant to the holy cities of Mecca and Medinah. It addressed political, economic, strategic, and technological issues in the times in which it was conceived and executed. In present day, it finds a renewed relevance in these very aspects. Kashmeer FZE has been advising on pre-feasibility analysis for the revitalization of the railway.
Boston, USA The USD 25 million project was part of a pilot initiative of the late Mayor Menino’s unwavering commitment to overhauling Boston schools. In 2010 it was named a "turnaround school" becoming one of several arts and humanities schools supported by the Obama administration. The project has been instrumental in realizing a dramatic transformation for its students and the community. Mr Kashyap represented the Planners and Architects in its inception, working closely with the Roxbury community, and Boston Public Schools.
Arabian Sea Saudi Arabia's sovereign wealth fund, the Public Investment Fund, has launched The Rig, the world's first tourism destination on offshore platforms - a series of connected platforms that span 150,000 square metres. The facility will have berths for 50 yachts along with three hotels, world-class restaurants, helipads and a range of adventurous activities, including extreme sports. Kashmeer FZE has been involved in the conceptualization and visioning for the project.
